I can’t say enough good things about this company. I called Monday to get a quote and inquire about availability for a house we are purchasing. As we are first time home buyers, we weren’t really sure of the process and what inspections we needed. Rob was very upfront and honest about what we should/shouldn’t get done and certainly didn’t want to waste my money or time. They were able to get to the house less than 48 hours later on Wednesday, and gave the final report back before 5pm on Wednesday evening. Rob sent not only multiple images of things found on inspection, but a detailed description for those of us who don’t know what we are looking at in the images. He sat on the phone with us for 30 minutes giving us a detailed idea of what was found on inspection and what repair would look like. He didn’t take payment until we were completely satisfied with his work. I am completely happy with our decision to choose Northern Kentucky Inspections for our home inspection. Nki has been a blessing to my family. A miracle to say the least. Several months ago my children started to get sick with allergy and cold like symptoms then I started having trouble breathing doctors visits resulted in allergy or cold meds and inhalers with no answers. Then my children started to have nose bleeds and I got concerned once again trips to the doctors leaving with just cold and allergy meds that weren't helping I couldn't breathe at all. One of my coworkers was talking about having the house she was trying to buy inspected and said they had found some mold and gave her an estimate on the price to take care of it but that made me think maybe there is something in the house making us sick so I asked her for the number to the company she was talking about. I called NKI and he scheduled to come out pretty quick cause my concern was something was making us sick. He was really genuine and listened to my concerns and was really professional but you could tell that my family's health really mattered to him. He found mold and a lot of it I never knew it was there and would have never known. It didn't take any time at all for him to get his crew out to my house and get the mold gone. Rob and NKI saved my kids health my health in lots of doctors bills and I absolutely would use them over and over and over and over again I can't speak highly enough about them he would have thought in NKI.I would do better than the doctors but they did.

I know that Nki is very busy with all their work I gave them a call and they sent a worker named Rick out that afternoon he not only told me what was needing to be done but he showed me what went wrong. The price of repairs where very reasonable and done in a timely manner. Thank you NKI for your help before the issue got any worse and thank you Rick for explaining the issue and your hard work. The central air of a family member of mine went out a few days ago so she got ahold of NKI and Rob Wells personally went out to her residence within a few hours. Mr. Wells was in and out of her home within an hour and had the a/c back up and running and I was told it is running better and colder than before. Mr. Wells even left behind a cold air unit to help cool her house so her a/c unit wouldn't over work itself.
